This place is a total scam!!! Seriously, steer clear of buying anything from them!!! You can't even reach out to them or get your cash back.

This place is definitely a scam. First off, they shipped me an eye cream with a broken pump, and then they sent another one that was already opened and 'tested.' The pump worked for about a week, but I managed to get some cream out of the package and use it, only to discover it was either a counterfeit or heavily used. The product was advertised as a one-month supply, and it barely lasted that long. I suspect a lot of their reviews are fake as well. Plus, their customer service is super sketchy.

I attempted to place an order, but they never sent me the 10% discount code, and I didn’t get any email to reply to after providing my details. Honestly, I think this company might be a scam. I called their number, but it didn’t ring at all. Tried again, still no ring, and after waiting a bit, I just got a fast busy signal. Plus, after checking out the reviews, it’s clear that the positive ones are just fake. Seriously, don’t buy from them or even share your info.

I purchased three bottles of their product. One arrived completely empty, another had a pump that was broken, and the last one had a weird yellow tint. They asked me to send photos of the faulty items, which I did. They claimed it was escalated, but I never got any follow-up. I even tried calling, but the number is no longer in service. So, they took my $80, and now I'm dealing with some health issues because of their faulty product.

It's been two months, and still no word from them.

Their slogan claims to be 'Fresh, Fast and Friendly,' but the reality is more like 'Not available, postponed, and impolite!'

This is the second time I’ve made a purchase from this business. Both occasions showed items as available. When I didn’t see any shipment after a week, I reached out to them. They threw out some 'Covid' excuses.. total nonsense! They blamed shipping delays for the holidays! Honestly, they never even sent it. To top it off, I received a snarky email that ended with 'Cool!'

This place takes your order and just sits on it. No thanks!

I purchased four Co-Q-10 bottles, which were pretty pricey. Unfortunately, two of them showed up broken, with pills scattered everywhere in the box. I reached out to MyHealth-Store and left a message a couple of days back. I even snapped some photos of the damaged bottles inside the box. So far, I haven't heard anything back. Honestly, I can't recommend this company at all. Thankfully, I used my American Express, so I’ll dispute the charge and get my money back.

My health shop is dealing with a ton of online transactions from folks pulling off fraud. My account got messed up because someone used this company and my bank info to buy their supplements. I'm really upset about it... Just wanted to share my experience...

I made a purchase on Saturday night, but after some thought, I decided to cancel it. Once you place an order, you can't change or cancel it. I sent an email asking for the cancellation, and they told me that I have to wait for the order to arrive before I can request a return authorization. I never received any notice that my order was shipped, so why can't it just be canceled? I called customer service, and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, they hung up on me. How am I supposed to get a return authorization when I can't even get in touch with anyone? Don't buy from this company; they don't care about their customers' needs, just about making a buck.

I tried out Curcumin Advance Formula for the first time, and I was really eager to give it a go. However, when I checked with my doctor about taking this supplement alongside one of my prescriptions, she advised against it, saying it would render my prescription ineffective. I followed the guidelines and reached out to customer service for an RMA#, explaining my situation. The rep I spoke to was unhelpful and claimed I had dialed the wrong number. So, I did a bit of digging online, found another number, and ended up talking to the same customer service rep again. When I started questioning if this company was legit, he just hung up on me. I’d strongly recommend anyone who hasn’t dealt with this company to steer clear! Sure, some folks say they had positive experiences, but after what I went through, I’m pretty skeptical about that.

Had a bad experience with their customer support. I reached out three times after getting a damaged item and left a message each time. Nobody got back to me. On the fourth call, they finally picked up but didn’t apologize or show much kindness. I won’t be using this company again!

They take your money before the items are actually ready. When I placed my order, it showed that my items were in stock. I got charged, but just a few days later, I was informed that both items were out of stock and that I’d receive them in 30 days. Still waiting on that. They haven’t replied to my calls or emails. I might have to loop in my credit card company. Really let down.

I got charged for two of the same item on my bill. This is really hitting my wallet hard, especially with everything going on during these tough covid-19 times. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but they haven’t replied to my email, and getting in touch with this company seems pretty tricky. Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if they’re even legit.

These items are trustworthy, and the no-cost delivery definitely eases the expense. The shipping was quick, too.
